Elevating PBSA through Bespoke Joinery

The Crown Place development in Nottingham, a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) project comprising 426 beds, benefited from a comprehensive and high-quality bespoke joinery package delivered by Paneltech. Our involvement was integral to creating inviting and functional amenity spaces for students.

Paneltech undertook the design, manufacture, and installation of several key joinery features that significantly enhanced the living environment. These included a striking feature reception desk, which serves as a focal point upon arrival, stylish bookshelf and booth planters designed to foster a sense of community within the communal lounges, and a carefully crafted cinema screen housing for the entertainment area.

Furthermore, Paneltech provided custom-designed banquette seating for the karaoke room, adding a unique and comfortable element to this social space. This bespoke joinery package played a crucial role in creating attractive and practical amenity spaces within this modern PBSA development.
