Paneltech Industries Ltd was appointed to deliver a premium, bespoke joinery package for the spectacular amenity spaces at Crown Place, Birmingham. Developed for Crown Student Living by main contractor Winvic Construction Ltd, this landmark 33-storey tower stands as the city’s tallest purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme.

Collaborating closely with Westworks Interiors, Paneltech manufactured and installed high-specification joinery solutions across more than 1,200m² of communal areas. Spanning the ground floor, Level 1, and the dramatic Level 32 Sky Lounge, our craftsmanship helped shape sophisticated, vibrant environments designed to foster student wellbeing. The extensive fit-out included tailored features for private dining suites, expansive social lounges, state-of-the-art cinema and karaoke rooms, and dedicated academic study spaces.

By balancing intricate architectural designs with high durability, Paneltech successfully delivered an exceptional finish that enhances the luxury living experience while meeting the rigorous operational demands of modern student accommodation.
