From Concept to Campervan

Paneltech has collaborated closely with Outback Conversions (https://outbackconversions.com/) over a two-year period to develop their innovative modular campervan conversion kits. This project showcases Paneltech’s expertise in both product development and precision manufacturing.

Paneltech’s involvement in the Outback Conversions project includes:

  – Collaborating on the product development process, contributing to the design and refinement of the conversion kits over two years.

– Manufacturing the plywood components that form the structure of the kits.

– Utilising our laser cutting capabilities to produce custom acrylic lettering for integration into the kit parts.

– Machining the foam inserts designed to organise cutlery and utensils within the conversion’s drawers.

This partnership demonstrates Paneltech’s ability to work collaboratively with clients to bring a product from concept to market, leveraging our manufacturing capabilities to produce high-quality, precision-engineered components.
